Jo box banaya hua hai.....usse ye bahut hi clearly indicate hota hai ki SC/SC/OBC ka koi bhi candidate GEN/UR category mai tabhi liya ja sakta hai jab uske marks gen ke last candidate se jyada ho.......

If you are agree then fight for your right.

Why Roster is not followed till now inspite of its order in 2009??
 Why General candidates seats are given openly to all candidates??

AApse mera question hai :
1. Ku general candidates apne right ke liye nahin lad rahe hain?
2. Why all categories are united and we are still ununited?

I SUGGEST YOU TO FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHT.
 A STRONG HIGH COURT WRIT PETITION IS REQUIRED FOR WHOLE OF OUR LIFE TO BEING BETTER.

If anyone hurted, then sorry for that.....
But I mean to say only this thing that Roster system is not well understood by you people. No roster is followed since last10-12 years inspite of its order and supreme court decision in Sabarwal case.....Follow it and Get your right by a Legal Fight!!

is order me saaf likha h agar sc,st,obc ne fees or age me relaxation le rakha h to b vo general me hi shamil hoga agar uske marks general k last candidate k barabar h to.or ye rule pharmacist bharti me bhi follow hua h,jin logo ne ek sath fees and age me relaxation liya unko unki hi category me posting di h. for example-narendra kumar verma(sc) 89 rank h, usne age ka or fees ka dono ka relaxation liya h or use SC category me hi rakha gya h

Dear all...Jo aap log samajh rahe ho....wo roster system nahin hai.....Check our older posts for roster system.....

My mean to say is that only ki....agar roster follow hota hai to Gen ki itni seats reserved category mai nahin jati....

Iske anusar pehle reserve category ki merit banani chhahiye, uske bad gen. ki merit banani chhahiye taki top rank wale reserve candidate pehle apni category ki seat le uske bad bhi yadi unke marks gen. se jyada to unhe gen. ka labh diya ja sakta h.

to sir aap kyu nhi case laga dete akhir aap b to pharmacist h or general k h do char logo ko sath lo or case lga do,maine ek case laga rkha h nhi to main jarur isko b lagata, aap ye case lga sakte h or advocate ko b sab kuch samjha sakte h so i think you hould go for this.

We can file writ petition from our side as Pharma-XL because we are somewhere attached with University. So we can only suggest you people to do so.

Regarding 363 posts...till now nothing is cleared...but still chances of adding up is more....

More lists are in process..... will be out very soon.....

Govt. maje me hai. pharmacist bhai bhi shayad aram kar rahe h. kisi ko koi chinta bhi hai kya?
Kisi ko koi interest nahi hai.
Shayad, Pharmacist bhaiyon ki ATMA barsati medhak ki tareh ho gayi hai.
Lagta hai kuchh hone wala nahi hai.
