Qualification	Essential Qualification Ph.D (Chemistry - Synthetic Organic)
Experience	Essential Experience Candidates to be well versed in the following areas during the research :- Experience in synthesis and characterization of novel heterocyclic compounds. To be well versed with modern synthetic organic techniques and functional group transformations. Successful history of synthesis, modification and characterization of synthetic organic molecules. Should have exposure to semisynthetic enzymatic routes. Should be familiar with chromatographic purification techniques and analytical techniques like GC, LC-MS, HPLC. Should be well versed with synthetic pathways for pharmaceutically active molecules. Experience should be supported with relevant patents and rated publications in peer reviewed journals.
