Eligibility :-
Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institute and approved by PCI. Must have registered under Odisha State Pharmacy Council. Desirable: - Computer proficiency (MS Office / Internet).
• S/he must have passed Odia up to M.E. Standard.
• Applicants shall be in between the age group of 21-32 years as on 1st December 2013.
Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria are to apply online through the said website. The system - generated application duly signed by the candidate along with self attested copies of all supportive documents shall be sent to the concerned CDMO-cum- District Mission Directors of the District (not to Mission Directorate, NHM, BBSR, Odisha) so as to reach the office of CDMO-cum- District Mission Director on or before 10.01.2014 (by 5.00 P.M.) through Regd. Post / Speed Post / Courier only and the envelope containing the application should be superscribed clearly the name of the post applied for. A candidate is allowed to apply for one district only. Applications received for more than one district shall be summarily rejected
