Drugs Inspector ……. 4 posts (1 resvd for OBC, 1 resvd for ST)
Scale of Pay: Rs. 9,300-34,800+4,600/- Age: Not exceeding 42 years.
Educational & Other Qualifications:-
Essential: (i) Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences or Medicines with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology from an
University established in India by Law. (ii) Not less than 18 months experience in the manufacture of at least one of the substances specified in
schedule C and/or schedule C1 to the Drugs and Cosmetics Rule, 1945
OR
(ii) Not less than 18 months experience in testing atleast one of the substances specified in schedule C and/or schedule C1 to the Drugs and
Cosmetics Rule, 1945
OR
(ii) Not less than three years experience in the inspection of firms manufacturing any of the substances in schedule C and/or schedule C1 to the
Drugs and Cosmetics Rule, 1945, during the tenure of his service as a Drugs Inspector.
(iii) Knowledge of Konkani.
Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
