Eligibility Conditions:
Professor	Minimum 10 years Teaching / Research / Industrial Experience, excluding experience gained during Ph. D. Programme, of which at least 4 years as Associate Professor in premier Academic Institution.
Associate Professor	Minimum 6 years Teaching / Research / Industrial Experience excluding experience gained during Ph. D. Programme, of which at least 3 years as Assistant Professor in premier Academic Institution.
Assistant Professor	Minimum 3 years Teaching / Research / Industrial Experience, excluding experience gained during Ph. D. Programme *.

Selection Procedure:

The initial short-listing of the candidates for faculty positions will be based on the academic credentials, teaching/research experience and administrative abilities to set up research laboratories.
All the short-listed candidates would then be called for a face-to-face interview by the selection committee at Mesra or any other campus.
TA/DA would be payable as per the Institute norms.
