Invites applications for various faculty positions at the levels of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor from talented and highly qualified persons specialized in the following disciplines:
Pharmacoinformatics (extensive knowledge of computer assisted drug design, QSAR, molecular modelling, pharmacophore mapping, drug metabolism and toxicity is desirable, pharmacokinetics etc. is required)
Pharmacy Practice (specialization in clinical pharmacy, clinical trials and pharmacology etc.)
Pharmaceutical Biotechnology (experience in systems biology, enzyme chemistry, spectral analysis and separation techniques, immunology,)
Computer Science (command in programming, database handling and experience on handling softwares related to pharmacy and life-science will be preferred)
Biostatistics
Eligibility:
Assistant Professor: Ph.D with first class or equivalent (in terms of Grades etc.) at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and at least three years' teaching / research / industrial experience, excluding the experience gained while pursuing Ph.D.
Associate Professor: For appointment as Associate Professor, one should have a Ph.D with first class or equivalent (in terms of Grades etc.) at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of eight years teaching / research / industrial experience of which at least three years should be at the level of Assistant Professors or equivalent.
Professor: Ph.D with first class or equivalent (in terms of Grades etc.) at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record and a minimum of ten years experience of which at least five years should be at the level of Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor.
Track record of high quality research is a prerequisite and should be evident from the research publications.
These positions are purely on contractual basis likely to continue. There is no deadline for sending the applications.
