Final year students: Candidates appearing for their Final Semester Examination and expecting their results by 31st January, 2012 can also apply subject to passing the qualifying degree with specified percentage of marks at the time of interview. Candidates failing to produce the Provisional Certificate and Marks Sheet in original at the time of interview shall not be considered.  (B) Age Max. Age as on 01.11.2011 : 30 yrs Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST and 3 years in the case of candidates belonging to OBC.  II. Selection 1) The selection process will consist of Written Test and Interview. 2) The tentative date for the written test will be in the last week of January 2012. However, candidates will be intimated separately by post the exact date, time and venue of the written test. The written test schedule will also be published in the Company’s website.  3) Written test shall be conducted at New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai & Thiruvananthapuram. However, depending upon the response, the venue of the written test may be limited to either one or two centers.  4)Only those candidates who secure the minimum qualifying marks in the written test alone will be called for the interview.  III. Training Candidates selected as Management Trainee will be placed on training for a period of one year.  On successful completion of training, they will be placed as Assistant Managers.  IV. EMOLUMENTS During the period of training, the Management Trainees will be given a stipend of Rs. 20000/- per month. On placement as Assistant Manager, they will be placed in the Scale of Pay of Rs.12600 - Rs.32500 with optional allowances under cafeteria package.  The candidates should have a valid E-Mail ID which must valid for a minimum period of one year.
