sir,
this is not roster.this is reservation sc 12%,st16%,obc21%.
roster me general cat. se higher percentage wale sabhi canditate general me count hote h.bas unhone do se jyada relaxation na liye ho.

aap 2008 ki bat kar rahe ho. 2011 me naya rule aa gya.

According to circulars no.7(1)DOP/A-II/99 dated 11/05/2011 of Rajasthan Govt. only those candidate can be selected against unreserved category who secure more marks than last unreserved category candidate, so the result declared is not as per the roster.
