आरक्षण जाति नहीं, पिछडेपन से मिले  जयपुर। हाईकोर्ट ने कहा है कि अब मौजूदा आरक्षण व्यवस्था पर मंथन का समय आ गया है, आरक्षण जाति के आधार पर नागरिकों को बांटने वाला नहीं, बल्कि सही मायने में पिछड़ों को लाभ देने वाला होना चाहिए। इससे ही संविधान की भावना का सही मायने में पालन हो सकेगा। साथ ही, कोर्ट ने व्यवस्था दी है कि अनुसूचित जाति, जनजाति व पिछड़ा वर्ग की महिलाओं को सामान्य महिला कोटे में नियुक्ति नहीं दी जा सकती।  न्यायाधीश मनीष  भण्डारी ने लक्ष्मी कंवर व अन्य की महिला आरक्षण से सम्बन्घित 120 याचिकाओं को निस्तारित करते हुए यह आदेश दिया है।  कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट किया है कि किसी भी वर्ग की महिला को उसके वर्ग के कोटे में ही आरक्षण का लाभ मिल सकता है, क्योंकि यह आरक्षण महिलाओं को पुरूष्ाों से कमजोर होने के कारण दिया गया है। हर वर्ग में महिलाओं का स्तर ऊंचा उठाने की जरूरत है, चाहे वह सामान्य वर्ग की हो या एससी, एसटी या ओबीसी की। कोर्ट ने इसी व्यवस्था के आधार पर मेरिट तैयार करने को कहा है। महिलाओं को आरक्षण नहीं, विशेष्ा प्रावधान कोर्ट ने कहा, सवाल यह है कि महिलाओं के कोटे को आ...
