Pharmacist(Allopathic) 5 EQ:
(i) Degree in pharmacy/ Sr. Secondary with diploma in pharmacy from a recognized institution.
(ii) Registered as pharmacist under Pharmacy Act, 1948.
Interview will be held on 27/08/2014 from 10.00 am onwards. The candidates are advised to attend the interview at ESIC Model Hospital, Bari Brahmana, Jammu with the documents, in original, one attested copy of each along with application fee for Rs.125 /- by way of Demand Draft of any nationalized bank drawn in favour of “ESI Fund A/C No 1” payable at SBI, Bari Brahmana, Jammu. No fee for SC/ST/PWD and female candidates.
