Candidates meeting the above qualifying criteria and registered with the employment exchange of East /West Godavari & Krishna districts on AP, may only apply by submitting an application as per the following format typed on A-4 size paper affixing a recent passport size photograph duly attested by Gezetted Officer without defacing.
