The NIPER has adopted open (rolling) application system for the recruitment of faculty posts. The Institute has opening for the posts of Assistant Professor [PB-3 (Rs.15600-39100) + Academic Grade Pay Rs.8000/-] and Associate Professor [PB-4 (Rs.37400-67000) + Academic Grade Pay Rs.9500/-] in the following disciplines:
A Disciplines of Pharmaceutical Sciences i.e. Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutical Technology (Formulations), Pharmaceutics.
B. Disciplines of Chemical Sciences i.e. Medicinal Chemistry, Natural Products, Traditional Medicines, Pharmacoinformatics, Pharmaceutical Technology (Bulk Drugs)
C. Disciplines of Biological Sciences i.e. Pharmacology & Toxicology, Regulatory Toxicology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy Practices, Pharmaceutical Technology (Biotechnology)
D. Discipline of Management
