Candidate should be M.Pharma with 20 years experience in Managerial cadre out of which for 5 years he should have head Production Department in reputed Pharma Industry and approved by Drugs Deptt. preferably in all sections of formulations having knowledge of modern process & drug delivery systems. Preference shall be given to candidate having additional M.B.A Qualification. He must be result oriented and having good communication skills in English and Hindi and computer working knowledge.
In addition, other benefits viz. Gratuity, Leave Encashment etc. are admissible as per Company Rules apart from CTC mentioned above. Higher Start in Basic Pay and Relaxation in Age, Experience can be considered in exceptionally deserving candidates.
