5. Admission Procedure: Admission Test 2011 (100 marks) & Personal Interview (50 marks) 

5.1 Admission Test and Personal Interview will be conducted only at Mumbai Centre and venue will be communicated  in the call letter. 

5.2 Structure of the Admission Test 

a. Admission Test would be an objective type multiple choice test (there will be no descriptive types of  questions) 

b. Admission Test will comprise of objective type questions and based on following sections:  

Composite time of  90 Minutes 

1 Pharmaceutics                                       20 

2 Pharmacology                                       20 

3 Pharmaceutical Chemistry                     20 

4 Pharmaceutical Analysis                        20 

5 Pharm. English Proficiency                    20  

                                                TOTAL 100

 Following are the guidelines for Personal Interview: 

a. Duration of the interview: 10 -12 Minutes 

b. Criteria for assessment:  

i.   Achievement / Career Orientation  

ii.  Professional knowledge and Skills 

iii. Commitment for the course 

iv. Learning Orientation/Perseverance 

v. Soft Skills 

GPAT Qualified candidates will be given additional weightage of 10 marks, in the final  merit list.  

Final merit list will be prepared on the basis of mark secured at entrance  examination plus personal interview and additional weightages of GPAT.
